Solutions for Every Low-Slope Roof Challenge
Regardless of project size, MHP commercial roofing systems have buildings covered. From fully adhered EPDM systems with Acrylic Water Base Bonding Adhesive to heat-weld membranes, MHP has a solution for every low-slope roof challenge.
EPDM
Known for low-maintenance and weatherabilty, EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) is the optimal choice in many geographies. In northern climates, black EPDM membrane harnesses solar energy, equating to reduced heating costs in the winter. The foundation of the single-ply roofing industry, EPDM has a proven track record for more than 40 years. EPDM membranes cover a wide range of low-slope roofing applications, with fully adhered, mechanically attached and ballasted systems.
- Eliminates excessive weight to the roof deck
- Excellent UV resistance
- Suited for colder climates
- Wide sheets create fewer seams
- ENERGY STAR qualified and CRRC certified
- Available in 4 styles: Standard, Reinforced, White-on-Black, and Pre-Taped
PVC
Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) is a trusted membrane with decades of proven performance in Europe and North America. Like TPO, it also offers the potential for decreased cooling costs. The original white roof. PVC has a proven track record for more than 30 years. PVC membranes cover a wide range of low-slope roofing applications, with systems for mechanically attached and fully adhered.
- Superior chemical resistance engineered to remain dimensionally stable over time
- Heat-weld seams form a permanent, strong, watertight seal
- Naturally fire resistant & excellent UV resistance
- Recyclable
- Reduces cooling costs - ENERGY STAR qualified, CRRC certified, meets CA Title 24
- Available in 2 styles: Standard, and KEE HP
TPO
Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) is the fastest-growing segment of the commercial roofing industry. In southern climates, TPO is effective where cooling costs significantly outweigh heating costs. The cost-effective white roof reflects up to 78 percent of the suns rays, reducing cooling costs. TPO membranes cover a wide range of low-slope roofing applications, with fully adhered, mechanically attached and ballasted options.
- Heat-weld seams form a permanent, strong, watertight seal
- Recyclable
- Meets CA Title 24, ENERGY STAR qualified, CRRC certified
- Reduce roof glare during installation with no loss of initial reflectivity
- Lightweight yet highly resistant to tears, impact, punctures & wind uplift
- Available in 3 styles: Standard, TPO with Clean Film, and SA TPO
Fully Adhered
Glued
Membranes in a fully adhered systems are installed with adhesives including bonding adhesive with low-VOC and water-based formulas.
Mechanically Attached
Fastened
Mechanically fastened roof systems are held in place by concealed plates and fasteners secured through the membrane and into the deck.
Ballasted
Weighted
With quick and uncomplicated installation, ballasted systems feature a loose-laid membrane covered and held in place by stone or concrete pavers that protect the waterproofing layer.
